Laura + Tate
I was so excited when Laura and Tate asked me to capture their engagement and wedding portraits. I’d been at their home before photographing a dear friend, but hadn’t actually met them in person. Upon finally meeting it was one of those instant clicks where you knew it was going to be the start of a great friendship.
The Perfect Foundation
One of the best parts of the session was photographing on the land of their future home. Not only are they planning a wedding, but they are building their future home themselves! We were able to tour the property and grab some quick pictures before the sun set.
Let me just say I’ve never met a more organized couple. These two had everything ready for their engagement session! Tate took the time to perfectly arrange haybales creating an effortless backdrop. We even got to incorporate Laura’s grandmother’s marriage blanket into our session. Everything had meaning and just amplified the excitement and love in the air.
